Your continued access or use of the Site and/or the Services will constitute deemed acceptance of these Terms of Use. If there is any contradiction between these Terms of Use and any Other Agreement you enter into for specific aspects of the Services, the Other Agreement shall take precedence in relation to the specific aspects of the Services to which it applies.

User Conduct

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts in the event of any dispute. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any Other Agreements you may enter into with Da'em Technologies in connection with the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Da'em Technologies regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
